RIDGEBACK TRAIL IN KANANASKIS COUNTRY
Still unknown to most locals, the Ridgeback trail was built last fall by CMBA with the help of the Canadian government. Get ready for steady ascents leading up to a beautiful narrow ridgeline followed by fast and furious downhill sections.

Driving through the Bow Valley is not enough to make you appreciate the proximity of other playground seemingly so far away. By making your way up to Prairie View trail, you will understand that Kananaskis Country in so close from Canmore and will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Rockies on one side and the Prairies on the other.
MOORAKER TRAILS IN GOLDEN
British Columbia here we come, Golden is nestled in the Rocky Mountain Trench, built around the confluence of the Columbia and Kicking Horse rivers, surrounded by three different mountain ranges and five National Parks. The Moonraker network consists of 14 trails of the best cross country riding the Rockies have to offer. Little can compare with riding alongside Canyon Creek's steep 200m drop.
EVENING RIDE ON THE BENCHLANDS IN CANMORE
Minutes from downtown, this classic Canmorite trail network makes for a perfect evening ride. Along the way, the views are fabulous, highlighted by all the most famous peaks of the Bow Valley. As you emerge onto the bench, the views to the west are unobstructed, stretching from Mount Lougheed to the south all the way to Cascade Mountain to the north.
COX HILL IN KANANASKIS
King of Kananaskis Country Rides, this trail winds and switchbacks steadily upward through forest with few opportunities to catch your breath. The tree cover dosen't allow for many viewpoints along the way but the summit boasts a full panorama of prairie, foothills, and snowy peaks. The trail is a mix of rocky technical sections, and smooth packed pine needle singletrack.
